I signed a lease agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX, XXXX. As per the agreement, I completed my moving inspection, uploaded the relevant pictures on the portal and moved in. There were some existing damages before my move-in which were documented and uploaded in the move-in inspection. I moved out around the XXXX of XXXX, XXXX, which was the lease end date. I was later sent some damage charges for all the damages that were already documented and were there existing before my move-in. When I tried to show them my move-in inspection evidence, they cut my access to the portal too. I tried disputing the charges but I was never ever responded to respectfully. The manager XXXX is always in meetings. I requested to put in touch with the office but all I received was 'we will give you a callback '. Thats it. Luckily I had all the evidence documented and I request to get these debt charges of me and clean my credit report.
