Refinance mortgage XX/XX/XXXX. Through XXXX XXXX. Title reording did not show release of interest on loan. Loan was bought by XXXX XXXX and then agian by wells fargo in XXXX. There is Currently a clould on title. Asked for wells fargo to do a recovenance and record it to XXXX XXXX. And send us a letter showing the loan was satisfied. We asked wells fargo for documents showing the loan was satisfied. and provide me a letter showing it was paid. They requested a letter fax or sent via mail. No number to talk to said it coukd take XXXX days.. I am in the middle of a refinance tgrough XXXX. There title company is trying to clear up but is getting the same run around as we are. We need wells fargo to contact us and send us a letter showing the loan was satified asap. XXXX
