Consumer Narrative
So back in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I went through the lengthy process of trying to fight XXXX XXXX on getting my money back as the sued me and started deducting pay from my paychecks. They realized that when my bank paid it off XXXX XXXXXXXX paid it to someone elses account not mine and said they would refund me. I got a portion of the refund from the sheriffs office but XXXX XXXX never sent me their check which was over XXXX dollars. I had called them and the lawyer was super rude and said he would look into it and never got back to me.
