On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I tranferred {$69000.00} usd to my contractors account in XXXX XXXX and intercam bank. His adviser told him to refuse it because he would have to pay taxes on the funds. They stated they sent our money back to the intermediate bank, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX this bank states they never received the funds back, the adviser of the intercam bank contacted their main branch in XXXX XXXX and provide us with a transaction and tracking number but we have never received our funds back. It has been almost 6 months and they have stopped replying to my email. I am at a complete loss and do not know what to do, our bank here in XXXX Colorado XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX has numerous times called the intermediate bank in our behalf and they state they never received the funds back from XXXX. The intercam bank is now called XXXX.
