XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Subject : Complaint Regarding Deceptive Add-On Sales and Lack of Refund XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL Dear XXXX, I am filing a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX located XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida, regarding unfair and deceptive practices related to add-on products and the withholding of a full refund. On XX/XX/2025, I purchased a 2025 XXXX XXXX from this dealer. During the transaction, the dealer refused to negotiate the vehicle price but then offered a tire and wheel service contract ( XXXX ) at a cost of {$780.00}. The dealer subsequently lowered the vehicles price to include this product, which I did not agree to purchase initially. I canceled this service contract within the allowed period ( by XX/XX/2025 ) to receive a full refund. I was advised to return to the dealership, which I did, but I have yet to receive my refund despite multiple follow-ups. It has now been over eight weeks since the request, and the dealership has failed to process my refund. I have the chain of emails and cancellation documentation as evidence of my efforts to resolve this issue. This constitutes a violation of federal laws and regulations regarding unfair business practices and undisclosed fees.
