" I am filing a complaint against ( PHH Services ) for inaccurately reporting my mortgage account as [ XXXX days late ] to the credit bureaus. I'm working with my Mortgae PHH Services, they have recieved my compelete application. I had to work few other supervisors because they were poor communication, mishandled assistance/modification applications, misapplied payments, lost documents, unhelpful staff ( including managers ), and bureaucratic delays, leading to significant frustration I told them i had a very bad fall last year 2024 and made me have very bad finanshial hardship. They have accepted my application and said will take 30 days. They will see what best program is best fits my hardship. Forbearance/Modification ] programs. I have been abiding by the terms of this agreement and have paid RAFT assistance payment, full amount {$3400.00}. As agreed. Despite this active assistance, my credit report incorrectly for months XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have already contacted the servicer on XX/XX/XXXX to fix this, butthey told me to write to their research department and they will investigate. I request that the inaccurate reporting be removed immediately and my account be reported as current in accordance with the hardship agreement. '' They also have told me that the credit report wont be reported and it did because i tried to apply my home euity and i cant because it stated from a loan XXXX that my mortgage is late XXXX days.
