I provided collateral/security to One Main Financial in connection with an application to extend credit on behalf of the principal XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX One Main Financial received and retained my collateral but failed to extend any credit, funds, interest, or title in exchange for that collateral. Despite receipt of my security, One Main Financial has not performed under the agreement or provided any consideration. They have retained my collateral and benefited financially from it while providing nothing in return. I have made requests for clarification, performance, and/or return of my collateral, but the matter has not been resolved. The dates of request are XX/XX/year>, XXXX and XX/XX/year>. This constitutes a failure of consideration, breach of agreement, and unjust enrichment. One Main Financial is improperly retaining my security without extending credit or returning the collateral.
