XX/XX/XXXX ACH transfer from XXXX XXXX XXXX to Capital one checking {$2000.00} lost. They told me it was denied then after I contacted CFPB I found out from XXXX was I didnt have enough digits XXXX instead of XXXX XXXX thats not true on the other side of the left side of the page. There was XXXX digits. The XXXX time I do XXXX denied they told me I didnt give him any digits at all. If thats true they wouldnt have opened up another complaint. Please help XXXX not being cooperative.
