On XX/XX/XXXX I ordered a new credit card. That card was stated to delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. I received an email stating that the card was undeliverable. I called support in which the automated system on XX/XX/XXXX to now ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I verify myself to the automated machine every call ( recorded on my end ) after 2-3 minutes Im transferred to a live representative in which I verify myself immediately a 2nd time. The human representative proceeds to lie about USPS not being able to deliver the card. There is video footage of usps delivering mail. Than they lie about the address being incorrect. ( its the same address they delivered two other cards to ). I believe they stealing my agent as they refuse to explain why its undeliverable or escalate to a supervisor )
