I called in today from XXXX number anbd spoke to XXXX in the XXXX and found out that I supposedly now have XXXX phone numbers, which in fact is not true. I now supposedly have a phone number that ends in XXXX on my landline which is not mine and again is now fraud. I received his text notification at XXXX XXXX. I called in from my cell XXXX. I was already verified by the XXXX when XXXX in the XXXX in the fraud dept got on the line. I gave him the name of the bank that i mostly pay my bills out of for both of my Am EX accounts. I verified my information and my home phone was not listed as my hm phone and was listed as my business number. My landline is XXXX and my cell is XXXX. The phone number that was suddenly listed on my account on my hm, which was not mine ended in XXXX. They refused to give me the entire number. XXXX refused to help me if I did not give him my ss again. I gave him the last XXXX digits of my ss number, and asked him to send me a verification to my cell of XXXX, which he refused. I gave him my last XXXX numbers of my ss as he should have been able to verify me by my XXXX account and payments made, cell and landline. He hung up. I then got on the line with the fraud dept and spoke to XXXX on XXXX and verified my ss number on the XXXX. He refused to ask me for my passcode and did not have my nickname on my account. At the same time, I called XXXX in the fraud dept and she also was able to hear my conversation with XXXX, althouhgh, it later disconnected during our call. XXXX and I stayed on the call. She stated that she could not provide that complete phone number. She asked if I received a text notification during our call, which I did not. I need this investigated again. My business acct ending XXXX and XXXX had someone else 's phone ending in XXXX on my account which was not mine. I want my my passcode asked every single time, which was not asked again today. I still have not received a letter for all my accounts which i opted out of voice imprinting since XXXX XXXX i have asked for it each and every time I call in since then for acct number XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which transferred to a new number leavin a bill still on this acct.. They can not seem to keep my acct secure and private.
