I had fraud on my XXXX Checking account. XX/XX/XXXX. Payments that were scheduled for my credit card were returned due to it being frozen for FRAUD. I was then hit with XXXX fees of XXXX dollars due to my checking account being frozen. I then spoke to the representative of amex later that week. They refund ONE fee. I said that was not enough and asked to speak to a supervisor and they offered a XXXX dollar credit I mentioned it was still not enough... the lady said that's the best they can do...
