On XXXX XXXX, I asked XXXX XXXX to activate my XXXX bank card, which with last 4-digit number end as XXXX, I got it 2 years ago but have never applied to XXXX bank to active the bank card. Customer service support employee activates my card quickly in short time. Then at the same day I tried to purchase cryptocurrency Ether on XXXX, according to trade policy of XXXX, XXXX need to start an amount XXXX charge from my bank account to verify that I am the legal owner of that XXXX bank card instead of a bank card thief, so XXXX started the verification, but XXXX XXXX immediately stopped it, then revoked my card. But I did not know this, neither did XXXX XXXX notify me about the cancelling of my XXXX card through email or even customer service online conversation. I only found out this fact on XX/XX/XXXX, after multiple failed attempts to shopping on various famous online shopping sites with my XXXX XXXX XXXX card, such as XXXX, XXXX, etc. So, back to story, after several failed attempt to purchase Ether with my XXXX bank card, I had to turn to XXXX XXXX transfer method, which didn't work out too, but that is another story in another complain. I also used my XXXX XXXX bank card to purchase Ether from XXXX too, that bank card of mine was issued by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the experience is wonderful. XXXX XXXX simply sent me a pop-up Payment Notification from XXXX XXXX XXXX on my smart phone, I just needed to press the agree button, to complete the payment, or press the reject button, to cancel this payment if the payment wasn't started by me. XXXX XXXX made the whole payment process customer friendly and safe, comparing to the big bully XXXX XXXX. Also, XXXX XXXX offers free of charge virtual credit card, customer can apply virtual credit card, let it be XXXX or XXXX, XXXX, in less than 5 seconds, just one click, virtual card is done. Meanwhile XXXX XXXX refuse to issue virtual credit card, insisting customer to spend XXXX XXXX dollar to get physical bank card, and they cancel it autocratically, ignoring the card cost paid by customer, the hard-earned money. And you won't believe it, their customer service employee, shamelessly told me to spend another XXXX XXXX dollars to get a new card. I strongly condemn XXXX XXXX for revoking my card without my permission, without notifying me, for the sake of verification XXXX payment test from XXXX on XXXX XXXX, or maybe XX/XX/XXXX, not sure about the date since XXXX XXXX never officially notified me. I demand XXXX XXXX to return my account maintenance fees, which is XXXX XXXX dollar each month, from XXXX to XXXX, three months together, plus the XXXX XXXX XXXX bank card fee, totally XXXX XXXX dollar, and waive any new account maintenance fee until this case is solved, after that I will finish the balance in the card by online shopping in a short time, then revoke my account, cut off any connection to the unkind XXXX XXXX bully.
