XXXXThis complaint is attached to previous complaint XXXX XXXXWhat 3rd loan? \nThis is fraud, this is harassment!\nThere is only 2 loans per information per government that would hold any loan information for higher education. The payments that were made have never been applied toward the loan on student aid government \n\nI will attach documents for proof of fraud actions and fraud credit reporting altercations that have been made for the companies involved for their own person gain. \n\nWhen I worked in several plus collections agencies many years ago all their letter head letters mailed to people always listed the collection agency name and address information not a client. College Assist- Colorado College Assist shows per public information as a closed company and their mailing address was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX per website for Educational Credit Management Corporation(ECMC) it shows College Assist as a client as well as a few others with their logos on their page. This student loan matter was very unprofessionally handled and money funds are being held and submitted toward a loan on government website. Now threats of another judgement after US Department has released the prior judgement.'
