Consumer Narrative
A total of {$1000.00} was deposited into my account aside from the opening deposit of {$25.00}. The balance has been {$25.00}, {$1000.00}, {$1000.00}, $ XXXX, {$860.00}, and now $ XXXX. My {$500.00} was in there, posted, then all {$500.00} was back out, then {$360.00} of the {$500.00} came back leaving a debt of {$140.00} which a branch had me go withdraw from my credit union only to tell me she actually can't take it and I went back to the credit union to put it back. There isn't any explanation as to why one would make it and not the other. And why I could withdraw. I was told no deposits and no withdrawals yet both were selectively possibly as of WF 's choosing. Money has been moved around in and out all around this but not that and that but not this. It seems WF made a mistake initially messing around with the account and ultimately has to allow ( most of ) the payment to the Treasury of course. Ive been punished with a new bill being sent to debt collections for {$140.00} and I expect to pay that amount BEFORE it hits my credit and not after. Wells Fargo had the {$140.00}, but chose to return it and take fire at me by insisting on sending me to collections instead. The money WAS in the account and it was only removed by Wells Fargo to begin with. Why should my credit be impacted as a result? How can I be sent to collections for something that I did actually pay and the bank did have, but changed their mind and sent me to collections and went that route instead. Wells Fargo is going that route so that's why Im here Im taking Wells Fargo that route also. Why should I be ran around in a cruel and unusual way. What a headache. Wells Fargo picked a fight with the OPPOSITE of a fraud account and Im making a stand against the big greedy bully which they are. All I want is to pay the same money which has been paid. Let me pay the {$1000.00} bill regardless of who the remaining {$140.00} needs to get paid to. I don't really care about who's fault it is, I want to settle/resolve it and absolutely not do the debt collections thing please. Sure, Im not being charged fees for closing, but it's not any more acceptable to involve my credit with WF 's obvious misconduct. Lets leave my credit out of this. The money has been paid and I am here to pay it again. Thank you. I can be reached at XXXX and XXXX XXXX
