I purchased XXXX {$50.00} XXXX XXXX gift cards for my children to use online at such retailers like XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Both cards have not been able to be used and continue to decline after correct activation of each and a confirmed balance of {$50.00} for each card. This product is terribly designed, flawed, and quite frankly a waste of money. Not to mention they also charge an activation fee on top of the money you add to the card. I will never recommend or use this card ever again. After calling the customer service line I was told several empty explanations without any reason behind the decline. It was a suggestion of using at different merchants only no other options or support. She also mocked me during the conversation when I asked for clarity!
