Consumer Narrative

I was on either text or phone with this bank on three different occasions of which it took anywhere from 30-55 minutes each time. The funds were in the bank and the bank kept denying my purchase. In the meantime, the price of the asset that I was trying to purchase kept increasing in price. Each time I was assured that the account was fine and I would be able to make my purchase.
