On XXXX XXXX I accidentally made XXXX payments of {$550.00} to XXXX using my credit sesame debit card. I requested a refund of {$550.00} from XXXX because XXXX XXXX told me I couldnt file a dispute with them because I was a XXXX customer. After several phone calls to XXXX and credit sesame I was credited {$360.00} by XXXX on XXXX XXXX Credit sesame would not do anything. According to XXXX on XXXX XXXX credit sesame did a reversal in the amount of XXXX which was not showing in my debit card account. Credit sesame insisted that they didnt do this reversal. On XXXX XXXX credit sesame refunded XXXX to my debit card account. I told credit sesame that if I didnt receive an additional {$360.00} by XXXX XXXX that I would be contacting consumer protection for additional assistance to resolve this matter.
