On XX/XX/year> I made a transaction of {$8000.00} from my XXXX into my XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX account and everything was successful until on XX/XX/year> when I tried checking my account only to find out its been closed with out my notice and I reached out to them to refund the money back into my account or send me a check but they said they cant that I should call my bank to recall the money back and I reached out to my bank to recall the money back but my bank said once the money is delivered it cant be returned for if its against there policy and I reached out to credit sesame but they keep on insisting that my bank should call for a refund even after telling them what my bank said
