I'm not sure. Apparently the debt occurred in XXXX. I'd repeated asked them for proof of the debt. They told me that it was attached to my name and social. I told them that I believe that because otherwise it wouldn't be considered identity theft. They threatened to take me to court. I said " fine ''. I kept asking for proof. They advised that they sent it in the mail ; I never received it. I asked them to email it ; they said that they would. I never received it. XXXX XXXX XXXX has now had it since XXXX. I asked them for the same things and have repeatedly disputed it requesting proof but to no avail. I've just spoken with Transunion who advised that they'd requested proof and never received any but yet kept it on my report.
