On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified that my mortgage would be transferred from XXXX to AmeriHome ( XXXX days before my scheduled payment was due ). I paid my XXXX mortgage ( XXXX, which included an escrow shortage of {$320.00} ) to XXXX as soon as I was able to given the transfer, XX/XX/XXXX. The following day, I also paid the reported escrow shortage amount of {$3500.00}. I have been requesting an updated escrow analysis verifying my payments were applied, and an updated monthly payment since that time. Amerihome continues to provide inaccurate information, inaccurate payment amounts, and is unable to demonstrate that they are a reliable reporter or handler of my money. I did not consent to this mortgage transfer, I did not received appropriate notification under federal guidelines ( only got XXXX days, not XXXX weeks ), and I do not believe Amerihome is capable of providing fair and reasonable services to consumers. Their customer service is atrocious, resulting in XXXX hours attempting to rectify the issue, still without success as of today, XX/XX/XXXX, ( including long wait times, untrained representatives, inaccurate information, unanswered emails, promised call backs that never come, overall poor response to valid concerns raised ). This is Unacceptable and these types of loan transfers should not occur with companies that do not meet the standards to manage these high volumes of loans.
