I currently have a car with current it was some transactions on my card that I did not make. I was clearly in the hospital. I submitted the hospitalization paperwork. Ive submitted police reports Ive submitted everything showing that I had nothing to do with these transactions they deny my dispute came back and gave me {$970.00} from this dispute then Ive asked several times if you gave me part of my money back where is the rest of it because this always the same dispute with the same merchant so it makes no sense that I got some of my money back and I didnt get the rest of my money back so now they just wan na brush you off they dont wan na give you any answers. They dont wan na help you. They dont wan na help you recover your money. They said that you cant dispute it after one time and that is ridiculous because this is almost {$5000.00} to be talking about its not a small amount and its no reason for me to have to go through this. I reached out to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and they wont respond. Ive reached out to you guys and they wont respond. Its just ridiculous how they take peoples money or theyre in cahoots with taking people money, but dont want to help a person get their money back if you find the fair for me to get {$970.00} back out of the same dispute then I was due all my money because this was the same merchant on the same charges on the same day
