We imitated our first payment on the XXXX of XXXX to our new mortgage company that purchased our mortgage in XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year> XXXX sub serviced by loan care pulled an unauthorized ACH payment from our checking account. When calling them to reverse or stop payment we are told that we would have to show a pdf of account showing payment with through and wait 30 business days for money to be returned. Also. We never gave LoanCare any permission to pull from any accounts. They also said they sent a letter on the XXXX of XXXX to let us know about our service transfer and if we had a auto draft with your previous mortgage company that they will deduct once your loan transfers. But again we did not authorize them to drafting my account or I would have never made a payment on the first.We have tried a stop payment through our financial institution but it has no been approved and we are very negative on our account due to a {$3000.00} unauthorized payment.
