I made a payment in full and closed the account in XX/XX/year>. They charged a late fee for a day late and interest on top of interest from then on until present date XX/XX/year>. I called and told that they are charging interest on payment already made. They didnt want to acknowledge or work with me other then charge a late feet with added fee from that late fee. I been a good customer with this company and there are out of order with these fees. I want this company to stop charges on compound fees and interest, when I already paid for my account and closed it. Its affecting my credit and my life hood for a decent life.
