I am filing a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding a payday-style loan with predatory repayment terms, refusal to provide documentation, and inability to access my online account. On XX/XX/year>, a representative told me that : If I followed their XXXX repayment schedule, my total repayment would be approximately {$4000.00}. Most of my payments so far have gone toward interest, not principal. When I requested a copy of my loan agreement, TILA disclosures, APR, and payment ledger, the representative said they could not email it and instructed me to access it through their website. However, despite repeated attempts, password reset emails to my verified email address never arrive. I confirmed with the representative that my email was correct. When I informed her that no reset emails were arriving, she hung up on me. As of today, I still have : No loan agreement No TILA disclosures No APR or fee schedule No payment history No access to my online account The repayment structure appears predatory and excessive, and the inability to obtain documentation prevents me from understanding or verifying the debt.
