Complaint was noted to several Truist management representatives regarding my Business Credit Card payment being denied due to bank system indicating " NO PAYMENT '' is due at this time, however the Bank continues to accumulate late fees and interest per month. Upon mentioning that a complaint was being filed Truist Bank sent a letter stating this situation were resolved, however I continue to receive harassment calls and accumulations of late fees and interest continues to increase which the remaining balance owed is accruing beyond unreasonable amount.
