On XX/XX/year>, I paid {$25.00} for three meals at the XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX. I received only one full meal, several XXXX XXXX items, and three drinks, clearly not matching what I paid for when each drink should have had a meal. When I attempted to resolve this at the time of purchase : XXXX employees took my receipt while I was explaining what items were missing Refused to provide the missing food or issue a refund Refused to allow me to speak with a manager Refused to provide staff names Because of this, I could not provide a receipt when disputing the transaction with my bank. Despite this, I submitted a dispute to XXXX XXXX, which was denied, citing the lack of a receipt. I then contacted XXXX Customer Care, who sent my complaint to the restaurant for resolution. The restaurant manager offered replacement food, which I am not interested in. They have since ignored further communications regarding a refund. Please note : the person from the XXXX location in question is emailing from an email for a XXXX XXXX, while signing off as XXXX. I also did not respond for over three days to the XXXX Customer Care communication, as I was giving the location time to respond. Now, this matter is being escalated here. The only proper remedy is a full refund of the {$25.00} transaction. This is justified based on : Incomplete delivery of purchased goods Employee misconduct and mishandling of the situation Refusal to resolve the issue at the store level Failure to respond to Customer Care communications I request that Capital One issue a full refund of the {$25.00} to the original method of payment. I have attached my bank statement showing the charge, as well as copies of emails to XXXX regarding the incomplete order and Customer Care interactions.
