I am not able to use the gift card any where, not even in a physical store. The funds are on there but getting declined. I have reached out to customer service twice about the issue. This feels like fraud because when I researched its tons of more cases just like mine. Why is the card even still being sold as if it can be used? American Express are taking peoples money and not wanting to give a refund on these defective gift cards.
