To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a formal complaint regarding serious mortgage servicing errors involving my loan, which originated with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX and was later transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX, and currently is with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXXMy mortgage originated with XX/XX/XXXXand was subsequently transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I entered a XXXX forbearance period ; however, XXXX is now reporting a lien of approximately {$390000.00}, which can not be clearly explained or justified. Despite having made mortgage payments for approximately XXXX years, I am being informed that my payments are not properly reflected in the loan balance. Additionally, no representative has been able to explain how this lien amount was calculated. On XX/XX/XXXX, I personally visited the XX/XX/XXXX branch located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX seeking clarification. The representatives were unable to provide any explanation, documentation, or identify any responsible party to address this issue. I was advised only to send an email, without being given a clear point of contact or resolution process. The amounts being reported do not reconcile with my original loan terms, my payment history, or the duration of the XXXX forbearance period. This strongly suggests improper capitalization, accounting errors, and/or servicing transfer mistakes. I am requesting that XXXX XXXX Servicing be required to : Provide a full loan accounting Provide my complete payment history from loan origination to present Explain the calculation and legal basis for the $ XXXX lien XXXX!!! Explain why multiple liens were recorded within the same year Correct any inaccurate balances immediately I am formally disputing the accuracy of this balance and respectfully request CFPB assistance to ensure compliance with federal mortgage servicing laws.
