Originating on XX/XX/XXXX PennyMac Loan Services took several days to process an ACH payment i contacted them about and informed them about so that it wouldnt be late their complacency on this subject caused my payment to come back insufficient 3 times in the month of XXXX as I Attempted to pay them over and over when requesting assistance they said there is nothing they can do and I now have a derogatory mark in XXXX on my report preventing me from looking at getting a new home when I contacted them today XX/XX/XXXX at the request of my VA Loan XXXX to have this mark removed they reiterated they could see how I Attempted to remediation the situation but refused to help in any way and once again said they couldn't do anything The Loan is Paid in full now by the way
