Since then I have multiple issues ( outlined below ) that are unresolved after chat with them on XX/XX/year> and detailed emails with screenshots of unresolved issues including CA STATE Taxes not being paid and accruing interests and penalty charges. Here 's a summary of issues I wish them to resolve : - California EDD notice indicating unpaid SDI and PIT taxes for XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/year> ( XXXX ). To stop the interest and penalities, I manually paid this tax and fees. ( XXXXXXXX of Payment was provided ). EXPECT REFUND OF {$240.00} | PAID {$240.00} in taxes, penalty, interest and fees. - Missing XXXX ( k ) deductions during the specified period. XXXX of XX/XX/year>, my XXXX Payment ( {$2500.00} ) was not made. Instead it was added to my paycheck. - Since Conversion to NEW Payroll Provider ( Starting XXXX ) : Employee tax fees has increased over the previous 6 months from {$2600.00} to {$3800.00}, a {$1200.00} INCREASE.
