This is concerning chime financial institute. On XX/XX/year> my account my checking account was broken into. An individual stole my phone and got into my account through my phone and removed all my money. She was even able to get credit from XXXX in my account. There were XXXX disputes that I put in. They approved too but then they said that I had to pay because I was overdrawn so they took that money. I filed the police report. I gave them the name the address the phone number of the person that broke into my account. All the transactions occurred XX/XX/year> from about XXXX p.m. to XXXX p.m. at night.they were all done the same day. Chime representatives told me I was a liar they continuously hung up on me they would not do anything to help me they said that I was the one that did the transactions and I was a liar. I have included all the paperwork that I sent to them. They said don't worry your account is secure yet then individual that broke into my account was trying to remove {$80.00} at the same time I was speaking to the fraudulent department with Chime. They said I was still lying. They said I would be getting a new card because they close the old card. They sent the new card with my name to that person that broke into my account they sent the card to her address I still have the card they said I was a liar that they didn't do that Yes they did because on the envelope there's the address that they sent it to they sent it to the person that broke into my account and took all my money they sent my new chime card to her. They refuse to give me back my money that that person took out. I've included emails where time changed my email to the other person 's email. Chime was changing my whole account to that person 's phone number email address everything. Then chime said that I called the next day and I told them to stop the disputes cuz I didn't want to do it anymore. I never did I said why would I open XXXX disputes and then call the next day and tell you guys I to cancel them that I changed my mind. They did everything they could so they wouldn't have to give me my money back. They hung up on me they called me a liar they refused any evidence that I had to show them that it wasn't me at the end of the day they called me a liar and they said that my disputes were denied. They never sent me paperwork explaining how did they do their investigation or how did they come to the conclusion that I was lying and I stoled my own money. Chime financial institute is a scam business. I am not the first one that they have taken my money there's many people out here in the United States that have gotten ripped off by trying financial institution and there's nothing that we can do.
