On XX/XX/year> I called in to confirm if a debt was valid. The person who answered kept telling me I had to pay. When I told him that I just wanted proof that the debt was real, he kept telling me that I had to write a letter. I tried to explain to him that the letter that I received said that I can call this number every time I try to explain myself, he kept yelling over me the XXXX XXXX that I had to write to finally when I was about to ask to talk to a supervisor he just hung up on me after yelling at me. I called back the next day and talked to someone different trying to explain to them the letter I got all the person kept doing was repeat herself, giving me the address yet again finally when I asked to speak to a supervisor because I didnt want to repeat what happened the day before thats when she finally started talking to me and said I would be more than happy to transfer. You put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back from a different number from my girlfriends phone figuring they have flagged my phone number and thats why I kept getting put on hold this time. I didnt explain myself at all and simply ask for the lawyer that they represents name. The person kept stumbling and refused to give me the information and just told me they would transfer me to a supervisor after being on hold. They finally hung up on me. I called back again from the number this time saying I wanted the bar number if they didnt have the attorneys name, they refused to give me the information again. They put me on hold and then hung up on me.
