On XX/XX/year>, I signed up and was approved for a new business checking account with Novo ( XXXX ) through a referral link ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for a {$300.00} bonus ( payable by Novo ) XXXX I met the following requirements : ( XXXX ) deposit {$5000.00} into the new Novo account within 30 days of account opening ( I deposited {$5000.00} on or around XX/XX/year> ) ; ( XXXX ) maintain the minimum balance of {$5000.00} for XXXX consecutive days ( I maintained the min balance until XX/XX/year> ) ; ( XXXX ) make XXXX debit card transactions using the associated Novo business checking debit card ( I made XXXX {$5.00} debit card transactions online that posted on XX/XX/year> ). Upon meeting the above requirements, Novo agreed to automatically deposit the {$300.00} bonus into my new Novo account within approximately XXXX days. Despite meeting Novo 's requirements for the bonus, Novo refuses to issue the bonus. Novo is using the bonus as a bait and switch -- Novo 's practices are deceitful and demonstrate a clear lack of respect for consumers.
