SUPPLEMENT TO EXISTING CFPB COMPLAINT # XXXX PLEASE MERGE First Access is reporting incorrect account status and damaging my credit with inaccurate and misleading information. The balance showing is entirely made up of fees, not real purchases. I requested cancellation and verification, yet they continued to add charges and report false delinquencies.
