I asked to give me corporate office phone number I can call, I was told they do not have one. I sent registered mail to refund Moneygram\'s department in XXXX, TX (XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The mail was received on XXXX and signed by XXXX XXXX. I called to Moneygram\'s legal department XXXXXXXX and left voice message - again no respond. On Moneygram website there is statement about Moneygram CEO and Company itself and I quote XXXX XXXX is the Chairman and CEO of MoneyGram, where he is leading a bold transformation of one of the most powerful and trusted names in global payments..." and further "His leadership is driven by a relentless focus on customer experience, innovation, product and operational excellence, all with the goal of making the movement of money across borders seamless, affordable and secure for everyone". I have experienced none of these so far. I am not sure if its right place to file complain about Moneygram. So far I got only friendly advise from AI to file it here (what an irony).....'
