I have a bank account with NOVO bank and filed a dispute on XX/XX/year>. This was done on a debit card, and after XXXX business days they refuse to provide provisional credit. This is a violation of Regulation E and I have tried to contact them 3 times. Today You XXXX XXXX Dear XXXX XXXX Department, On XX/XX/year>, i filed a dispute for a total of {$580.00} from a fradulent transactions, I cancelled my card and it was reported In accordance with Regulation E ( for debit transactions )/ Regulation Z ( for credit card transactions ), I respectfully request provisional credit to be issued within XXXX business days while your investigation continues. It has now been over XXXX days with no credit which is not in line with the law, I understand your process but please respond and approve the request.
