Fraudulent loan from XXXX and TD auto finance. They repossessed a fully paid off vehicle. The car was paid off when we left the shop per the we owe you, and you owe us. They didnt transfer the trade in title and used it without insurance causing my wife to lose her license and the loan to stay active. They stole so much. They gave someone an electronic key and login info to her car. They did damage. The towing company hit me while I was in the vehicle and stole it from me. I havd had to rent a car for months. I sat on hold so the TD auto finance for hours at a time to be hung up on at least XXXX different time. Still no vehicle or repayment of my overpaid amounts. Plus my truck is just gone. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did this with TD auto finance. The sales person named XXXX was involved. My truck is now being driven with my sun pass collecting tolls and using my insurance.
