I am reporting an unresolved duplicate payment issue involving XXXX and PayPal. On XX/XX/year>, I made a payment of {$310.00}, and on XX/XX/year>, an additional payment of {$100.00} to XXXX via PayPal. Due to a disagreement over service delivery, I filed disputes with XXXX XXXX. After resolution, XXXX closed the disputes and released the funds back to PayPal in XX/XX/year> ( CFPB Complaint ID XXXX ). At XXXX request, I made duplicate payments on XX/XX/year>, in the same amounts ( {$310.00} and {$100.00} ) to settle the matter while the PayPal funds were still on hold. As of today despite their receipt of the second set of payments, XXXX refuses to inform PayPal of our resolution. I am seeking the release or refund of the duplicate funds totaling {$410.00}, and confirmation from PayPal or XXXX that this matter is closed.
