The auto pay wasnt properly set up on the account and they charge late fees and interest charges to the account. I called in and the representative said when the payment posted that I paid in full to call back and they would credit the late fee I called back and they said they they wouldnt be able to do that. Its an automated system and the system wouldnt let them do it. I asked to speak to a supervisor he said thats the highest level you can go and theres nothing you can do I told him do you want me to lose them as a customer? He said they would hate to lose me as a customer, but theres nothing they can do.
