BMO Harris bank ( current customer ) On Friday XX/XX/year> I went to the ATM to make a deposit and the atm malfunctioned, I went inside the bank to tell them what happened, i spoke with the branch manager and he told me that by the end of the day I would get a temporary refund because the ATM stopped working, it was the amount of {$660.00} that I was supposed to pay rent with, i dont work as much because of the injury I had, that money was for my rent now I am facing eviction, they told me that it would take at least a month for them to the an investigation, about my money that I was depositing in my account??? I really feel like my rights as a customer were violated
