Hello, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been extremely unprofessional and came close to costing my job. He lacked communication with my insurance company. Often changed prices of things without notifying me. Harassed my manager to the point my manager wanted to file a complaint with XXXX to stop emailing him. I lost out on my advancement because of the harassment. My manager was very stern on the last email to XXXX to get him to stop emailing. Telling my manager they do not believe clients. I have proof XXXX said to me they trust clients. Closing details were provided the day of and not 3 days before. XXXX XXXX tried to and insisted other properties were mines. Same with where I was living. I told XXXX XXXX I did not reside at a location I just paid to rent a few places. XXXX then against the email we agreed on went against what was discussed and did not provide information in disclosures until I was already done signing the title. So now there is false information in disclosures XXXX XXXX made up. I had to sign but XXXX should be investigated providing documents late for closing and incorrect information despite proof we have in email. XXXX XXXX told me they had more important things to handle than getting all information for loan in a timely manner. Loan closing pushed back multiple times because of XXXX. Unorganized and unprofessional. I should have used another company.
