This company that I do not have an agreement or contract with falsified information with the intent of extorting money from me including misusing my information without my consent. They were told to validate said information and to provide certain information be they didn't. They also removed the false information from credit profile which is an admission of guilt. These are some of the violations. XXXX. Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.
