This was fraudulent debt and I got it removed in XXXX. But because we are working on getting a home, we pulled our credit and this scamming company decided to resubmit and get our credit dinged even though we had already solved this. And they have made XXXX attempt to call, mail, or email, and they are impossible to reach. XXXX is also at fault because we completely closed our account in XXXX of XXXX and they auto-billed us after we had already left the country. And they were impossible to reach and get it resolved. It should have NEVER been a bill, let alone sent to XXXX different debt collectors. And in XXXX I got this issue resolved with a different debt collector so obviously they are still selling false debt. Then when I called them and eventually went in person to a store, they were unhelpful and basically forced us to pay this false debt. This should be illegal!!!!
