Got the XXXX Barclays credit card. Registered bank account for my payments. I Paid the bill. They stopped payment due to thier own error (? ). ( According to them ) Called my bank. My bank heard nothing about the payment. Barclay bank said my bank was now blocked because of stopped payment. The payment was never stopped because they didn't request the money! I called to pay by debit card or any card, directly. They don't take debit cards or credit cards for payment. They want checking account number. I gave them it again. Same thing happened as listed above. Called Barclay to cancel the card and pay off the card. Will not take a card for payment unless payment is XXXX days late. Asked them to email me info on how to send a check and cancel and pay off card. Said they do not have email and can not send that info. This company is a scam! Look them up on XXXX! Hundreds of comments saying they do this and they are a scam company. Please arrest them all. They are scammers. Please help! I have great credit and can not pay them because they won't take my payments! This will hurt my credit!
