Cancel a XXXX card account ( XXXX bank ) that was fraudulent at the end of XXXX. I realized its existence through XXXX XXXX In turn, I was able to call and close that account, but whoever attended me did not tell me that they had used XXXX dollars ; which is now XXXX. Well, that certainly didn't reflect on me until XXXX because my credit office was constantly affecting my credit. Then I came back and filed a claim and they haven't solved anything. They never called me to validate that I was the holder of that card, violating my person in addition to something as important as credit! In the condition in which they have me, I can't request anything because they make the constant report.
