I sent {$1000.00} to a relative on XX/XX/XXXX and the recipient did not receive it. I filed a claim with my bank on XX/XX/XXXX. It was denied. I filed a rebuttal twice and they were both denied on the grounds that the recipient received the money. The recipient did not receive the money. They would not contact the recipients bank or do anything to further investigate except send me the same receipt of the fact that it was sent. They didnt seem to understand that it was not delivered. I would like the bank to provide more detailed information and do anything actual investigation instead of pocketing my {$1000.00}. My bank is Capital One, the recipients bank is XXXX XXXX.
