Wanted to achieve good credit went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX they gave me a choice of XXXX cars. Made the choicXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX took a picture with the car found out they did not put it on the web site. Came back a week later asking to take the car back because I found out it was a flood car. I simply was told you want good credit keep the car so I left the dealership. Skipping to the present the blue book value of the car is XXXX XXXX dollars. So far I have payed them XXXX XXXX now they want XXXX more. What can I do with this problem. I want to take them to court because I will not be giving them anymore money the transmission went out got that fixed now having other problems.
