To Whom It May Concern : I am writing to dispute the following incorrect information on my credit report. This item is showing inaccurately on my credit profile. Pursuant Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C. 1692g. You must delete this account unless you can provide me with the following : 1. The Original Signed Agreement 2. Complete Chain of Title 3. Full Account History and validation 4. Forward Flow Agreement 5. Affidavit that you are the legal owner of this debt Be advised since you reported this account without first providing validation you may already be in violation of federal law. Until you can provide proper validation you are required to cease all collection activity and cease reporting this account to any consumer reporting agency, Failure to provide the above documents will be taken as your acknowledgment that you can not substantiate this debt at which point you must delete the tradeline from all credit agencies to which you have furnished this information to. If you continue to report or attempt to collect this alleged debt without validating I will have no choice but to pursue all available remedies of filing complaints with the FTC, My State Attorney General and considering civil action for statutory damages.
