Capitalone credit card chronically and consistently does not award miles for the offers they advertise. Despite following all terms and conditions in the offer, the phone representatives insist there is nothing they can do and they are not able to provide the miles. Most recently, this happened with an order from a company called daybreak, where making a purchase from the company awarded XXXX miles. Capital One is able to see that I made the purchase, and read me the eligibility criteria, and still state there is nothing they can do to award me these miles. This is false advertising and capital one systemically does this with their shopping offers it seems they are hoping customers will not want to spend the time and energy to actually pursue these offers. I would not have made the purchase had they not had the XXXX mile offer.
