From XXXX XXXX till XXXX XXXX, XXXX took {$60.00} from my Checking account, Every month. When I finally realized in XXXX, they cut the transactions off and I received XXXX out of the XXXX transactions back to my account, XXXX then informed me that they have to do the rest in a Check because it was over there XXXX day policy. I said that is fine, when another month passed and I didnt receive the check I called them again. They said they had no idea what I was talking about and that my case was closed. I put in multiple complaints after that and nothing has changed. After investigating I come to learn they have done this before and have been for many years. That is why I am escalated the {$200.00} they owe me, they can not keep getting away with this.
